A year ago this week, I landed in New York City in the middle of an ice storm. My book, Feed Your Face: Younger, Smoother Skin and a Beautiful Body in 28 Delicious Days, had just been published, and I was scheduled to appear on Good Morning America at 7AM the next morning. The police were warning everyone to stay off the streets because of falling ice, but there was no way I’d miss that appearance! Luckily, I made it without being impaled by an icicle, and was so thrilled to sit down with Robin Roberts to talk about what to eat for good skin.

Feed Your Face: Yummy Drinks for Plumper Skin

I travel by airplane once or twice a month, and all the flying can really dehydrate my skin, so I've been making an effort to drink more water. However, as I've written before, I don't like the taste of water (or lack thereof).In fact, my staff used to call me the desert rat because I could go all day without a sip. This year I made a resolution to up my water intake, and so far I think I'm doing a pretty good job (and my skin looks better).
